I've had Capital City Plumbing out several times and they've been easy to work with and have done a great job every time. I've found their pricing to be fair, especially compared to other large plumbing companies in Austin and for that reason they'll earn my repeat business. They explain the issues and are good at solving problems. Plumbers can often be very stressful to deal with and Capital City makes it a stress free experience. Would highly recommend.

Called them up. Discussed my water heater issue over the phone. Sent in my photos and received a quote. Scheduled the water heater replacement and the work was done in a day. Capital City Plumbing & Drain are quick, professional, efficient. They took pride in their work and explained all the work they done.

Top notch pluming company. They are organized and reliable, on time and professional. They have a great appt management system, so you always know the status of the technicians and the job. They figure things out quickly and communicate about the problem very clearly. Highly recommend.

I had a leak on my kitchen ceiling and Kyle and his apprentice were able to come out and fix it on the first day. I had a different company come out and charge me $700 and weren't even able to find the source of the leak and these guys were able to find it within half an hour for half the price the first company charged. Will def be relying on them in the future for any plumbing needs.
